RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Didn’t like your Woochi look? No worries, you can return or exchange your Woochi purchase within 7 days of delivery, free of charge for exchanges. We want you to love your look.
Easy returns
For prepaid orders: Any returns or exchanges will be refunded in full to your original payment method, such as your bank account or credit card.
For Cash on Delivery orders: We’ll refund the order amount to your bank account, but please note you’ll need to provide your bank or UPI details for us to process the refund. Unfortunately, the COD charge itself is non-refundable.
Need to exchange for something else?
Exchanging is easy. Choose a new item you love. If it’s more expensive, you can simply pay the difference at checkout. If it’s less expensive, we’ll send you a gift card for the remaining amount.
Return/exchange procedure:
Return or exchange your Woochi buys in 6 easy steps (within 7 days of delivery):
Visit https://woochi.in/
Log in to your account and go to ‘Return/Exchange’ tab
Enter your registered email or phone number used for the order
Select the order you want to return or exchange
Choose the reason for your return/exchange and click ‘Proceed’
Double-check your pickup and shipping details (you can even edit them if needed)
That’s it. We’ll take care of the rest to ensure a smooth return or exchange experience.
Note:
Our exchange policy is currently for India only
To approve your return or exchange request, we might ask for photos of the product
Snapping pics or a quick unboxing video while you open your order is super helpful
Defective/damaged product
Don’t fret, fashion mishaps happen. Just shoot us a message on Whatsapp with some pics or an unboxing video of the product, and we’ll get a brand new one on its way to you ASAP. We want you feeling 100% confident in your Woochi look.
